By accessing BrainBounce Arcade, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A parent or guardian should review these terms with a minor who uses the service.
Permitted use
You may play the games and read the editorial material for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, automate fraudulent traffic, manipulate advertising interactions, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law. Automated requests that burden the service may be limited.
Games, scores, and virtual items
Scores, XP, coins, streaks, favorites, achievements, and lives are entertainment features. They have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, or guaranteed. Guest progress is stored in the browser and may disappear when site data is cleared, browser settings change, or the device becomes unavailable. We do not promise recovery, synchronization, or permanent leaderboards.
Intellectual property
The site’s original games, writing, layout, graphics, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution where allowed by law, but may not republish substantial guides, clone the service, remove notices, or use BrainBounce branding to imply sponsorship without permission.

Never click an advertisement merely to support the site, and do not provide information to an advertiser unless you independently choose to do so.

We try to preserve a fair experience but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser, or error-free operation. Maintenance, network conditions, provider failures, and security events can affect access.
