1. Scope and overview
This Privacy Policy applies to brainbouncearcade.com and its browser games. BrainBounce Arcade is designed for guest play and does not currently require an account. We aim to collect as little information as practical while providing saved progress, reliable game operation, site measurement, and advertising-supported access.
2. Information saved in your browser
The arcade uses localStorage to save a guest player identifier, display name, experience points, coins, favorites, game high scores, unlocked achievements, daily streak, timestamps, total lives lost, and lives lost since the last video-ad prompt. This information remains on your device and is read by the site when you return. It is not a cookie and is not automatically synchronized to our servers. You can remove it through your browser’s controls for site data. Clearing data permanently removes local progress because we cannot recover a browser-only profile.
3. Technical requests and logs
When you visit any website, hosting and security infrastructure may receive technical information needed to deliver the page, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and error or security events. These records may be retained for limited periods to operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with law. We do not use local game scores to identify you outside the arcade.
4. Google AdSense and advertising
BrainBounce Arcade uses Google AdSense and may use other compliant advertising technology. Google and its partners may use cookies, mobile identifiers, IP addresses, and information about visits to this and other sites to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads. Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Google’s use of advertising data is governed by its own policies. Games with lives may offer a video advertisement after 3 accumulated life losses since the previous eligible prompt. The local counter controls when the prompt can occur. Advertisement delivery and measurement may involve the provider’s systems. Clicking an ad is always optional and is not required to record a legitimate game score.
5. Cookies and consent
Advertising providers may set or read cookies. Where applicable law requires consent, the deployed site should present consent choices before using non-essential storage or personalized advertising. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect ad selection or frequency controls. Blocking cookies does not necessarily clear BrainBounce localStorage; those controls may be listed separately in your browser.
6. Children’s privacy
The games avoid graphic material, but BrainBounce Arcade is a general-audience service and is not directed specifically to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their location. We do not knowingly request a child’s real name, email address, school, precise location, or account registration. Parents and guardians should supervise internet use and review advertising settings. If you believe a child submitted personal information through a contact channel, email us so we can evaluate and delete it where appropriate.
7. Sharing and retention
We do not sell guest progress. Information may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, or advertising providers acting for their stated purposes; disclosed when required by valid legal process; or transferred as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections. Browser progress remains until you clear it. Infrastructure logs and correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, safety, legal obligations, and resolving the request.
8. Your choices and rights
You can play without supplying contact information, clear local progress, manage cookies, use browser tracking protections, and adjust Google ad preferences. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Because local progress is not tied to an account on our servers, we may be unable to identify or retrieve it; you can control that data directly through your browser.
