Build a better approach
Stack Tower is a timing puzzle disguised as an action game. A floor slides back and forth above your tower. Tap or press Space to drop it onto the stack. Perfect overlaps keep the full width; partial overlaps trim the overhang and leave a thinner platform for the next floor.
Protect width above all else. A tall skinny tower scores well until one late drop misses entirely and costs a life. Aim for the center of the moving piece relative to the floor below, not the edges of the screen. Waiting an extra half-beat is often better than an early tap.
Turn information into decisions
As the slider speeds up, shrink your decision window. Pick one reference point—usually the leading edge of the current top floor—and drop when the moving block aligns with it. Changing references mid-climb creates inconsistent timing.
After a trim, accept the new width and play for clean center hits. Trying to recover lost width with risky edge taps usually ends the run. Consistency rebuilds height faster than heroic recoveries.
Practice for consistent results
Use the moments between floors to breathe. The game rewards rhythmic drops more than tense guessing. If you miss completely, note whether you were early or late and adjust only that variable on the next attempt.
Chase personal bests by counting perfect stacks in a row rather than staring at the score. Floor count rises naturally when width stays healthy and timing stays boringly precise.
