How to Play Block Drop
Shapes descend into the ten-column board automatically. Use the left and right arrows to position the active shape, then press the up arrow or X to rotate it into a useful angle.
Press the down arrow for a controlled soft drop, which awards a point for every lowered space. Space sends the shape directly to its landing spot and awards two points per space, but commit only when you are certain about the placement.
Fill every cell in a horizontal row to clear it. Clearing several rows with one piece pays a much larger bonus, so leaving a narrow channel for a long block can turn a crowded board into a high-scoring move.
Block Drop has no lives. The run ends as soon as a new shape cannot enter at the top, so keep the surface level, repair deep gaps early, and avoid building a single tall column.
